  • AVILOO GmbH (Vienna, Austria) — Our technology partner. When you become a customer, your business contact details are shared with AVILOO to set up your battery testing account and provide technical support. AVILOO processes battery test data through their platform.
  • Hosting and infrastructure providers — Our website is hosted using cloud services that may process technical data on our behalf.
  • Analytics providers — We use website analytics tools to understand how visitors use our site. This data is aggregated and does not identify you personally.
  • Professional advisors — Accountants, lawyers, or other advisors where necessary.

AVILOO GmbH is based in Austria, which is in the European Economic Area (EEA). The UK recognises EEA countries as providing an adequate level of data protection, so your data is protected to an equivalent standard when transferred to AVILOO.
