Connect the AVILOO Box to the vehicle's OBD-2 port. The FLASH test takes just 3 minutes on a stationary vehicle — no driving needed, and your technician doesn't even need to leave the workshop.

2. Data Transmitted and Analysed
The AVILOO Box transmits test data to AVILOO's servers, where it is evaluated using TÜV-certified methodology. A certificate is issued immediately.
The certificate includes:
- State of Health percentage — independently calculated, not from the BMS
- Cell-level heatmap — showing condition of each individual cell with severity indicators
- Real-world range metrics — WLTP range, peer-comparison range, individual range
- Benchmarking — how this vehicle compares to others of the same make, age, and mileage
- QR code for digital verification
- AVILOO CERTIFIED seal when no defects or anomalies are found
