Every qualifying chargeable FLASH test now includes the AVILOO Battery Warranty at no extra cost. Live in the UK since 1 July 2026, it puts £2,700 of insurance-backed cover behind the test result. The threshold is calculated individually for each vehicle from its own test data, not a flat figure applied across the board. Because the cover follows the VIN rather than the owner, it holds its value through a part-exchange or a private resale within the term.

Claims Never Touch Your Dealership
If a buyer ever needs to claim, they deal directly with AVILOO: a webform plus a confirmation retest to verify the battery's condition. The payout comes from insurance-backed cover arranged by AVILOO, not from you.
Nothing lands on your workshop, your aftersales team, or your books beyond the sale itself. You hand over the certificate and the cover, and your involvement ends there.
Works Alongside the Manufacturer Warranty
The AVILOO Battery Warranty complements the manufacturer's battery warranty. It does not replace it.
It is designed for exactly the stock you sell: used EVs where the original battery warranty is several years in and running down, or where mileage caps are close. For those cars, fresh cover tied to an independent test result is precisely what buyers are missing, and it is now included with the certificate you already provide.
